Don Jazzy was born Michael Collins Ajereh on November 26, 1982, in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. He is a famous Nigerian record producer and owner of the record label Mavin. His record label is home to artists such as Ayra Starr, Magixx, Johnny Drille, etc
He also co-founded Mo Hits, a thriving record label with fellow Nigerian singer D’Banj in 2004, however, the label disbanded. Don Jazzy was an in-house producer who worked with Kanye West from 2011 to 2015. His younger brother is Nigerian singer, D’Prince.
Fun fact: Don Jazzy is a member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, a white garment church in Nigeria.
