Ashabi Simple, a Nollywood actress and ‘baby mama’ to Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable, has opened up on why she got the singer arrested.
The actress in a video, explained a public encounter with Portable that became violent. She stated that the singer accosted her family during the festive period, threatening them with a weapon.
Ashabi, while explaining her ordeal, revealed that the singer became extremely violent with her siblings, noting that her brother still has the scar from a blow he received.
The actress also claimed that Portable demanded to collect all their phones while making incantations which no one could understand.
“Portable threatened us with an axe, slapped me, pushed my sister, and punched my brother in the face,” she stated.
