Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has revealed that it is good to be nice to people around you. She stated that this helped her out recently.
Tonto in a post on her insta story stated that, her light unit finished and she was experiencing difficulty in opening her bank app.
This would have made her sleep in the dark all night because she can’t access her money and she doesn’t use ATM.
Tonto Dikeh wrote:
“For the past 2days I have been unable to open up my Bank app, only this evening my light unit decides to finish.
I have tried opening this app for almost 6hours and finally I believe I will be sleeping in the dark today. I can’t guy Unit, I can’t buy diesel.
I absolutely can’t even get a hotel!!!! I don’t use or own an ATM. I’m on whole new level of emotional instability RN”.
Few minutes after she made the post on her insta story, many people came through for her and she had over N400k unit of light.
In reaction to this she took to her Instagram page and appreciated people who came through for her. She stated that over 30 people offered to help her.
She thus gave credit to her good personality. She stated that people came to help her out because she has been good to them.
In her words,
“See it is good to be a good person… I was frustrated and merely just wanted to vent, I spoke about my light situation. In less than 1min I had over 30offers to help me out.
From well respectable foundations, to a fan, to brand names. I can’t thank you all enough, You shall never Lack.. As we speak I have over 400k worth of nepa from my neighbors and Mr Fekomi..
