Nigerian singer and entrepreneur Mr Eazi has sparked conversation online after sharing a candid take on the popular “japa” trend.
According to him, relocating abroad isn’t always the smart or easy escape many imagine, noting that life outside Nigeria comes with its own serious challenges.
Reflecting on his first visit to the United States, Mr Eazi revealed that he was shocked to see homeless people braving harsh winter conditions, even sleeping outside in the snow. The experience, he said, opened his eyes to a reality many people don’t often talk about when discussing life abroad.
