Nigerian chef Hilda Baci in a recent statement reveals that she has been cooking for about 15-17 years.
The 27-year-old CEO of “My Food By Hilda” who hails from Akwa-Ibom state made this known during a recent interview with Pulse.
Recall that few days ago, Hilda Baci becomes one of the trending conversations online after she breaks Guinness World Record and set a new one by completing 100 hours 40mins of non-stop cooking by a single individual.
When asked about her favourtie dish, Hilda Baci disclosed that her favourtie dish is her restaurant’s native rice, which she tagged as the best seller.
Speaking further, Hilda Baci disclosed that her favourite dish to prepare is Afan soup while her least favourite dish to prepare is epkangkwukwo because of the excess needed to put in it.
She also stated that her three (3) favourite kitchen tools she can’t do without include, a nice pot, a sharp knife and a rough chopper.
