There was panic in the early hours of Saturday after a fire outbreak involving a generator nearly escalated into a major incident at the new residence of popular TikTok content creator, Habeeb Hamzat popularly known as Peller.
The social media personality took to his official platforms to share a video capturing the tense moment the generator supplying electricity to his home caught fire.
In the now-viral clip, Peller could be heard repeatedly shouting “Jesus!” as visible flames erupted from the generator, triggering fear among occupants of the house.
Amid the confusion, he was also heard instructing those around him to quickly pour water on the generator in a bid to contain the fire before it spread to other parts of the building.
Reports revealed that the incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning
Fortunately, the fire was contained before it caused any structural damage to the house, with only the generator affected in the incident. No injuries or casualties were recorded as everyone in the building was reported safe.
