Nigerian singer and Grammy award winner, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, has claimed that his life would have taken a dark turn if he was not a musician.
While responding to a fan’s question about career choices if music was not in the picture, Burna Boy stated that he would have been a suicide bomber or worse.
“There are many options, I could be stealing oil, I could be playing basket ball, I could be a fraudster, a suicide bomber, anything including a prostitute,” he stated.
Although many of his fans noted that his response was a joke, it opened up the conversation about career choices and how venturing into the music industry has saved many from crime.
