Nigerian singer and songwriter Omah Lay, has proclaimed himself as the greatest Afrobeats act of the decade, stirring up controversy in the music industry.
The artist, during an interview with Capital XTRA, spoke confidently about his achievements and prowess. He explained that he does not just make music, he makes art.
“I am the greatest Afrobeats artist of the decade, I am the greatest. Well, you can say that numbers and personality or the level of fame, then maybe you will not consider me. But when you come to making art, I’m the greatest,” he added.
