Despite President Muhammadu Buhari‘s huge achievements as President of the country, desperate opposition politicians, doubters, and sponsored attackers are tireless in their efforts to discredit him, according to Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed.
Despite the numerous issues that the country has, he claimed that President Buhari’s administration has managed to keep Nigeria afloat.
On Saturday, in Ilorin, Kwara State, to commemorate President Muhammadu Buhari’s 79th birthday, Mohammed told reporters that the President had also set the country on a path of progress and prosperity.
“Despite a myriad of security challenges, and amidst dwindling national earnings and a crippling global pandemic, he has racked up a number of achievements, most of them unprecedented.
“President Buhari is a steady hand in troubled times, and that explains why, presiding over the affairs of the country at a most turbulent period, he has managed to keep the nation afloat, and even set it on a trajectory of growth and development.”
