Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has shared a heartfelt tribute to his late mother, reflecting on the deep pain of her passing and the challenges he has faced in recent years.
In an emotional Instagram post, Bobrisky recalled his mother’s tragic death on October 28, 2008, in Mecca, revealing that her last words to him were to take care of his elder brother. He expressed his commitment to this promise, stating that he has supported his brother and their grandmother ever since.
He also opened up about the difficulties he endured in 2024, including significant financial losses and a turbulent legal battle with the EFCC. Despite his struggles, Bobrisky noted that sharing his pain online would only invite ridicule, as many have been anticipating his downfall.
“I went through hell in Nigeria in 2024, I lost so much money. I can’t come online to cry because many of them will laugh at me… Mummy, I need your strength right now,” he wrote.
