Nigerian music sensation Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has pledged to purchase a house for his father, Fatai Odunsi, and take full responsibility for his medical expenses.
This comes just days after Odunsi publicly accused the singer of neglecting him since his health started deteriorating in 2022 due to a stroke. Odunsi lamented that despite Asake’s success, he had not received financial support from his son.
However, in a new video released on Sunday, Odunsi confirmed that Asake has reached out to him, expressing his love and commitment to making amends. Speaking in Yoruba, he showered prayers on the singer and revealed that real estate agents were already searching for a new house for him.
Odunsi also shared that Asake has agreed to take full responsibility for his 11-year-old daughter, Zeenat, and has provided funds for his medical treatment. He reassured the public that their family issues had been resolved, stating, “We have settled, no more problems.”
