Amidst the ongoing drama concerning the death of late singer Mohbad, the father Joseph Aloba, has stated that he would take legal action. This time he is willing to go against his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, even if the DNA test confirms that Liam is his grandson.
In a recent interview he granted, the elder Aloba explained his reasons for this stance. He emphasized that his primary concern is the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death and the upbringing of his grandson. He questioned why a five-month-old baby was being taken to public events where weed smokers were present.
He expressed concern about Liam’s welfare, especially after seeing him taken to Ibadan without visible medical supervision. Although he acknowledged the presence of a nurse, he claimed he did not see her.
Aloba reiterated the importance of conducting a DNA test to confirm the child’s paternity, stating that his focus is not on inheritance or property but on seeking justice for his late son. He pleaded with the government to intervene in the investigation, citing a lack of forensic evidence and security footage from the house where Mohbad passed away.
His emotional plea highlights his frustration and determination to uncover the truth behind Mohbad’s death while ensuring Liam’s safety.
