Social media activst Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman or VDM, has lamented over the current state of living in Benue State.
After his visit to the state in June, he referred to it as the most underdeveloped state he has ever visited.
“Benue is still in the year 1940. It is the most underdeveloped state I have ever been to,” he said.
VDM also complained about the lack of infrastructure and roads in the state. He stated that the insecurity problems pushes investors away from the state.
“Investors can’t come because of bad roads and insecurity. I’m currently drilling a borehole in Yelwata, but the people can’t continue the work because they are afraid of being killed,” he said.
