Controversial rapper Speed Darlington has once again stirred the pot, this time, by expressing his frustration over the Nigerian music industry’s inner workings.
In a recent video, the artist revealed he spent a whopping N15 million to organize a show but barely made N2 million in returns.
Visibly upset, Speedy claimed that many Nigerian musicians are actually “Yahøø boys” disguised as entertainers, hinting at shady sources of funding behind their flashy lifestyles.
“Nigeria is full of Yahøø musicians. How can you spend up to N15 million for a show and not make up to N2 million? This is my last show!” he lamented.
