The National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu has promised to pay the WASSCE fee of every child when he becomes President of Nigeria in 2023.
He made the promise in a recent video.
According to him, he will also break the shackle of ignorance and poverty.
Tinubu also said he will confront banditry.
