Afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has revealed why he has been less active on social media in recent weeks.
The singer, who remains the most-followed African artiste online, responded after a fan raised concerns about his absence.
The fan wrote on X,
“Davido never post for over 3 days now. I miss my idolo.”
Reacting, Davido replied,
“When u marry u go understand.. lol.”
The comment comes just weeks after Davido tied the knot with his longtime partner, Chioma Rowland Adeleke. The couple’s glamorous white wedding was held in Miami, Florida, in August 2025
On Thursday, September 11, the pair marked their one-month wedding anniversary.
Chioma shared a video from their wedding day, describing it as one of the happiest moments of her life.
Davido echoed her views, calling it “the best day ever.”
