The online beef between Nigerian big boys, socialite and businessman, Cubana Chief Priest and singer Burna Boy is not coming to an end any time soon. Following the conclusion of the 67th Grammy Awards, Cubana Chief Priest has taken the opportunity to further fuel his drama with Burna Boy.
Burna Boy was nominated for Best African Music Performance alongside Tems, Asake, and Wizkid, but the award ultimately went to Tems. Reacting to Burna Boy’s defeat, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram story on Monday to mock the singer. He also controversially suggested that Tems’ win was influenced by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ imprisonment, implying that without the rapper’s legal troubles, she might not have won.
He wrote:
“If to say Diddy dey outside, dem for use Johnson baby oil rub away her Grammy.”

Burna Boy has frequently faced criticism over his past association with Diddy, who was recently arrested by the FBI on multiple charges, including allegations of sexual exploitation.
The post made by the businessman has since sparked discussions online, with fans reacting to his remarks.
