Muhammadu Buhari
As the ex-President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari commands significant influence over the country’s political landscape. A retired Major General in the Nigerian Army, Buhari has had a long and distinguished career in public service. Since taking office in 2015, he has attempted to fight corruption, bolster security, and promote economic expansion. But his administration has come under fire for handling several problems, such as regional insecurity and financial difficulties. Buhari nevertheless plays a significant role in Nigerian politics and has great power and influence.
Aminu Tambuwal
Aminu Tambuwal, the former Governor of Sokoto State, is a star in Nigerian politics, known for his charisma and progressive outlook. Tambuwal’s political career gained momentum when he defected from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2014 before returning to the PDP and winning the governorship election in Sokoto State in 2015.
